Education:

I graduated from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2005. Prior to attending Chase, I attended Indiana University Southeast from 1989 until 1994, where I obtained my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.  I am a 1986 graduate of New Washington High School.

Hometown:

I lived in Jeffersonville, IN most of my childhood.  My family moved to New Washington in 1984. 

Now Resides In:

I now reside in Pekin, IN with my husband and 2 children, a dog, a horse & 2 barn cats.

My husband, Perrish, and I have been married 29 years. I have a son, Sheldon, 22, who is a student at IUS and I have a Daughter, Clairissa, 19,  who is a student at UL.

Activities:

husband and I like to travel, involved with horses and horse showing (Daughter is on UL’s equestrian team)

I have been a member of Northside Christian Church since 2005.

Civic Involvement:

I volunteer at & through my church.  My husband and I are going on our first mission trip to the Dominican Republic in October.  I also volunteer with the Washington County 4-h horse & pony club.

Marsha grew up in Jeffersonville and began her legal career in 2005 opening her own office in New Albany.  She then went to work for Mapother & Mapother in 2007 and also worked for Greene & Cooper until joining the Karl Truman Law office in 2016.  She is licensed in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio & West Virginia.  Marsha is a litigation attorney for the Karl Truman Law Office.

Marsha received her Juris Doctorate in 2005 from the Salmon P. Chase, College of Law.  She received  her Bachelor of Science degree from IUS in 1993.

Marsha has been married to her husband, Perrish, for 29 years and they have two children who are both in college.  They are active members at their church and will be taking their first mission trip to the Dominican Republic in October.
